NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
WHEATLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that the Wheatland County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wheatland County Commissioners Room to consider Wheatland County Resolution No. 322, Resolution Setting Treasurer’s Fees.
The proposed resolution establishes fees to be charged by the Wheatland County Treasurer’s Office for certain services relating to delinquent taxes, tax liens, tax deeds, and related administrative activities pursuant to § 7-6-4013, MCA, and § 15-17-121, MCA.
The proposed fees are:
–Assignment Fee — $50.00
–Delinquent Tax Report — $10.00
–Preparation and Filing of Tax Deed — $25.00
–Redemption Fee — $25.00
–Preparation of Tax List — $15.00
The Board of County Commissioners will consider and may take action on the proposed resolution at the meeting. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide public comment.
