The Clerk of District Court is the hub of the judicial branch.
The Clerk of Court is responsible for various administrative and ministerial duties in conjunction with the court they serve.
The Clerk of Court is responsible for receiving, filing, maintaining and safeguarding court records. We hold the original documents relating to a variety of court cases.
The Clerk of Court oversees the administrative duties, monetary duties, and performance of statutory duties of the office. We hold ourselves out as professionals in our work product and all our interactions with public and court staff.
