In accordance with MCA 40-1-301 Wheatland County Justice of the Peace will perform a marriage ceremony. You must obtain a marriage license from District Court prior to the ceremony. There is no fee if performed during at the courthouse during court hours. An appointment time is required. Please contact the court for additional information.
