What is Watch Duty?
Watch Duty is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit service that provides real-time information on wildfires and firefighting efforts. Operated by over 150 volunteers—including active and retired firefighters, dispatchers, and first responders—the app monitors official sources 24/7 to deliver accurate and timely updates.

How to Get Started
- Download the App: Available for free on iOS and Android devices.
- Set Up Notifications: Choose up to four counties to receive alerts for. Customize your notification preferences to receive all updates or only the first notification for each incident.
- Stay Alert: Monitor the real-time map and alerts to stay informed about wildfires in your area.
